Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Foley, Fort Gordon commanding general, U.S. Army Signal Center of Excellence and Chief of Signal, is to relinquish command to Brig. Gen. Alan Lynn during a change-of-command ceremony scheduled 8 a.m. July 21 at Barton Field. A retirement ceremony for Foley will follow. Everyone is invited.
