‘Extend to the left’
STARTING POSITION: Grab handles. Lift weight so your arms are at a 90 degree angle.
EXECUTION: Straighten your arms; return slowly to starting position. Andrew Kassheimer, NuCo Fitness general manager at the Fort Gordon Fitness Center, recommends 15 to 20 repetitions. Exercise works muscles in your shoulders. For more exercise tips, call 791-3446.
