‘Extend to the left’

STARTING POSITION:
Begin by placing your feet on the stability ball with legs extended. Your arms are shoulder length apart.
EXECUTION:
Move the stability ball close to you. Return to starting position. Jessie Streifel, a NuCo fitness trainer at the Fort Gordon Fitness Center, recommends doing three sets of 15. This exercise works your core. For more exercise tips, call 791-3446.
