Military separation counseling

Service members who are within one year of separating or two years of projected retirement from the Army, Air Force, Navy or Marines need to contact the ACAP Center. All service members leaving active duty, with more than 180 consecutive days of active service, must receive the congressionally mandated preseparation counseling no later than 90 days prior to separation/retirement.
