The Fort Gordon I.D. Card Facility will transition to an appointment only system starting Nov. 1. The facility is located in Room 161 of Darling Hall.

Warriors in Transition Soldiers and their Family members and spouses of survivors, who are accompanied by their Casualty Assistance Officers, will continue to receive priority service. Emergencies will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

The I.D. Office also handles updates to the Defense Medical System, DEERS.
