College credit evaluations:

In keeping with regulatory guidelines and to ensure reporting accuracy of the college credit hours presented to Military Personnel Office Promotions Activities the following procedure is required: Soldiers are required to present completed, non-altered college transcripts to the Fort Gordon Education Center from all accredited institutions attended. This will be required before the issuing of the Assessment of Multiple Civilian Education Transcripts Memorandum.

AR 600-8-19 and MILPER MSG#: 09-086 serves to reiterate long-existing policy and regulations that have recently been overlooked by many Soldiers, Promoting Work Centers and the Education Services Division. The Fort Gordon Education Center will provide only an assessment of the total number of non-duplicated post-secondary credits for submission to the unit promotion division from transcript containing complete and accurate information from both the front and supported by information from the reverse side as the source document to update the Total Army Personnel Database with the total number of credit hours awarded.
