Thank you to all the Soldiers, Family members, civilians, veterans and retirees who participated in the Installation Management Command’s Customer Service Assessment August 24 through Sept. 18, 2009. By taking the time to accomplish this annual survey, your voice will have an impact on the quality of life for everyone who lives and works on Fort Gordon.

Fort Gordon had over 483 participants covering Soldiers, Family members, retirees, veterans, civilians and contractors.

The results for the nearly 37,000 participants taken across the Army are now being downloaded and analyzed for every installation that participated in the survey. You should expect to see these results around December time frame through various media such as The Signal and the Customer Management Services website.

To all who participated in the survey, your voice will “be heard” as we all work to improve the quality and scope of services provided on Fort Gordon.
