The General Dynamics C4 Systems LandWarNet School at Fort Gordon has named Marvin Head as its 2008 Instructor of the Year. Head is a lead technical instructor in the WINT Training Section with primary responsibility for the 25N (Joint Network Node-JNN) Operator/ Maintainer Course at the school. He competed against a population of over 110 full-time LandWarNet School instructors for this prestigious annual award. Head joined General Dynamics in June 1998 after a 20 year career in the U.S. Army. He holds an Associates Degree in General Studies from Georgia Military College, and he holds commercial certifications in Comptia Network + and Comptia Security +.
