Illustrator Jay Jacobs teaches participants how to draw cartoon characters from 1 to 4:30 p.m.

Feb. 21 at the Morris Museum of Art in downtown Augusta. Anyone age 10 or up may sign up for the Young Artist Workshop: Cartoon Drawing. Youth with a Family or student membership cost is $10; nonmembers, $15. Participants must register by Feb. 16.
