Why did you become a Signaleer?

I changed out of the Army Adjutant General Corps into the Signal Corps because Signal Corps is the future. Everything is automated now. [She has been tasked to help provide automation support for the Signal Conference.] Staff Sgt. Carol Harris Company C, 447th Signal Corps Initially I joined the Signal Corps while in the Marine Corps as a cable dog [25L]. Later I joined the Army as a signaler. As a 25 R [visual Information equipment operator-maintainer] I work on all types of equipment and that's why I love my job. Visual information is one of Signal core competencies. VI is anything, but boring. We support all areas of the Army as a whole. As a signaleer I have been attached with Infantry, engineers, Special Forces, and the Royal Air Force in Afghanistan.
