Fort Gordon is seeking dedicated housing residents to help make the housing community an even better place to live. The recent mayor election did not draw the needed concerned "mayor" in McNair and Maglin housing areas. The community mayors are volunteers who present their designated community's issues and concerns to the command. This person has a real voice to make a difference with regular suggestions for improving housing areas, making sure the command knows your community needs and thoughts about quality of life concerns for Fort Gordon Soldiers and Families living on the installation.
